BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as agreed by 07shotstudio.
• A confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon successful booking.

2. Booking Times

• Bookings must adhere to the agreed times. Early access or overtime will incur additional charges, subject to availability.
• Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly, if client is late booking will still end at the original end time.

3. Setup and Take-Down Time

• All setup, take-down and clean-up activities must be completed within the booked time.
• Additional time used outside the scheduled booking will be charged at the hourly rate.

 

4. Leaving the Studio in a Reasonable State

• The studio must be left clean and in its original condition.
• 07shot studio reserves the right to charge an appropriate fee (starting from £20) for any cleaning / damage if the space is left in an unacceptable state.

5. Minors

• Clients must inform the studio in advance if minors will be present.
• Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Minors must have the consent of their parent or guardian to be present in the studio and to participate in any filming or photography arranged by the individual who made the booking.

6. Public Liability

 

• The studio accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to clients or their property during the booking period.
• While food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted within the studio during the booking period, the client who booked the studio assumes full responsibility for any allergies or complications arising from the consumption of perishable or consumable items.
• Clients are strongly advised to have appropriate public liability insurance to cover all individuals present in the studio during the booking period. This insurance should account for any accidents, damages, injuries, or fatalities. The individual who made the booking will bear full responsibility for such incidents.

 

7. Use of Equipment

• All studio equipment must be used properly and as intended. Prior notice required for extra equipment needs.
• Standard lighting/studio equipment included in hire. Additional items available upon request. All equipment must be returned in original condition – clients liable for damages or losses.
• Without written consent, clients cannot: remove equipment from premises, modify equipment, use equipment contrary to manufacturer guidelines, or allow untrained personnel to operate equipment.
• For iMac use: Clients responsible for providing hard drives. Requested email transfers completed within 48hrs; files kept for 72hrs only. Studio not liable for file loss/errors.
•  Equipment and backdrop availability subject to change.

8. Breakages, Losses, and Damages

 

• Clients are responsible for all breakages, losses, or damages to studio space and equipment during their booking period and will be invoiced for repair/replacement costs.
• Any equipment condition issues must be reported to staff immediately upon supply.
• Studio equipment use is at client’s own risk. 07shot Studio is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage to client/third-party property
  • Equipment breakdown or failure
  • Consequential losses including loss of profit
  • Any damages arising from equipment use or inability to use equipment
• No modifications to studio space or equipment permitted without written consent.

9. Booking Changes and Cancellations

• Studio hire booking times can be changed with RE-BOOKING FEES as stated below, which depend on notice time provided:
  • 7+ days notice: 10% fee
  • 3-7 days notice: 25% fee
  • Less than 3 days: 50% fee
• Studio hire bookings can be cancelled with CANCELLATION FEES as stated below, which depend on notice time provided:
• 7+ days notice: 25% fee
• 3-7 days notice: 50% fee
• Less than 3 days: 100% fee

 

All fees calculated based on total booking amount.

10. Copyright

 

• Content creators retain all copyright of work produced, per law
• Usage rights may be granted to clients/third parties by agreement
• The studio may request to photograph behind-the-scenes content or use client images as examples of shoots that take place in our studio. All such usage requires prior written agreement.
• Model/talent images require signed release forms.
• No third-party image sales without client consent.

11. Termination

 

• The studio reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if these terms and conditions are breached.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated sessions due to client misconduct.

12. Noise

 

• Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable volume to avoid disrupting neighboring spaces.
• Excessive noise may lead to immediate termination of the session.

 

13. Payment Terms

 

• Payment terms:

• • 8+ hour bookings: 100% balance required to secure
  • Under 8 hour bookings: 50% deposit required

• All payments must be settled 24 hours before booking
• Additional charges (backdrop paper, overtime, extra equipment) must be paid before use.

14. Non-Solicitation

• Clients must not to solicit or engage studio staff for personal services outside of the agreed booking terms.
• Clients must not attempt to hire, recruit, or engage any current or former 07shot Studio employees or consultants, either directly or through third parties. This includes soliciting them to provide services or encouraging them to end their relationship with 07shot Studio.

15. Variation

 

• These terms and conditions are valid at time of booking and are subject to variation. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to booking.

16. Applicable Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
• Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of United Kingdom.
